Why not take the American system of suing everyone for anything and everything, and force them to listen to the Fred Durst/Neil Diamond collaboration. Save the 'torture and display' tactics for more serious offenders.
House Party is a great flash back movie, however, I would never watch another one of it's sequals. I think HP will remain trapped in the 90's, doomed not to be popular again until atleast 2020, as fashion rotates in 30 year cycles.
