I thought the psycho remake was completely pointless, shot for shot the same as the original but with weaker actors. That said the Bodysnatchers and Fly remakes are good shouts, imo ;)
There is another Bodysnatchers version made in 1993 with Gabrielle Anwar well worth checking out.
The Thing is one of my fav remakes, and Ive also got alot of time for the
Night of the Living Dead remake mainly because the Barbara character is a much stronger one.
