I concur. They really suck now. I like Barnes and Nobles best because they have free shipping over $25 and it's UPS 2-day instead of Amazon's 2-week shipping. I do use Amazon if I can't find what I need at Barnes and Nobles or if there is a huge price difference and B&N tends to be a little more pricey.
