I remember playing one that came out around the same time "dead mans hand"? Looks kinda similar, but wasn't great - was RDR any better? Never knew that was under he R* lable.
I've rethought manhunt.
It had a saving grace - the ability to change the control system was actually present in this title (unlike how you CAN'T fix the sensetivity in the Punisher) and now I can use the left stick to move, the right stick to turn around.
It's SO much better.
While I'm still not entirely into it, as I don't dig stealth games, this change has made it easier to make a LOT more progress in the game, and it does present a challenge.
I have found what some of you may consider a more "legitimate" problem I have with it though...it's a bit damn repetetive...kind of reminds me of old atari games, the further you get it's just more of the same, but rising challenge. But yeah, it seems like thus far all of the bad guys pretty much behave the same...bang a wall, get them to approach, they look but don't venture into the shadows, they turn, you follow, you kill...I've done this about 20 times now.
However, they are now kind of in "packs" which has risen the challenge level, oh and I found a nailgun.
Still though, for as much as I like the concept this games still not really for me.
I have heard a bit about the second one...a lot of people seem to hate it on account of the censored kills? But the storyline sounds better to me.
Has anyone played it? If I go ahead and finish the first one I'll probably at least give the second one a try.
