I checked out this one website in holland that says they'll send whatever you want wherever at your own risk, but it's in plain packaging and it's just seeds right?

I don't mind slow growers, I have a 600w HPS, so yeah, that'll bring 'em up alright.
That and I don't mind waiting, I like looking at attractive plants.
