If you like the ham/bacon/pineapple mix (I wrote this before I read your WHOLE post about the no-meat thing....though I'll leave it if ever you are so inclined again, and for others)
Give this a go, it's how I like to have mine.
Add whichever sauce you normally do with a tiny bit of bbq sauce mixed in.
Get smoked ham/bacon on top, along with your pineapple, cheese of course, and add some sliced onion and granulated garlic to the top, some chilli flakes, and s big swirl of a savoury plum sauce - it complements the sweetness very well and this is one hell of a good variation on the Hawaiian (Do you guys call the ham&pineapple that there too?)

I also very much love sun-dried tomatoes and danish fetta cheese on a pizza - the DF bakes brown while staying soft in the middle, it's awesome. Also, fresh basil...something I forgot. These three things are good on other pizzas, but also great on their own.

NE would hate this...one of my favourite pizzas to order in, is pineapple, pepperoni, anchovies.
