Maniac Cop (1988)
One of my very favorite 80's horror-action flicks, I saw it 3 or 4 times before but that's been like ages ago. I remember my brother brought a VHS copy of it home one day and told me "hey, I think this is a new film of that Evil Dead guy!"...[:D]
