So I had nightmares growing up from seeing this one scene. No idea what it was from but it was on TV Sat/Sun morning in the early 90's.

1st person footage the whole time. A creature/person/thing walks into a gym, everyone starts screaming and running for their lives. One guy has headphones on and doesn't notice while bench pressing from a machine. Said creature/person/thing attacks him while lifting, slides his head under the weights and drops the spike with weights through his head. Then puts a mop over his bloody head and walks out.
