Killer pigs? The version I saw claimed to be unrated but their was nary a sight of killer pigs. And I like killer pigs!
The problem with the scene where the French man with the pornstar moustache falls on the saw is that we don't see anything. Ok, there's plenty of claret but I was expecting to see the saw cutting into him or emerging from his chest. Didn't happen, though.
Now you mention the pressure chamber I did think that was quite good. Don't see enough melting faces in modern horror these days.
Ultimately, though, films like these are nothing knew. Tobe Hooper did it all first and, I dare say, a whole lot better.
