Maybe a film related to gangsters/mafia, as a mafia boss or something. Could be a comedy film (father of the heroine or similar), or a crime drama.
I have a hazy mental picture of this guy in this same outfit (same sort of glasses, shirt/pants, same chain dangling around neck) followed by 3-4 other men, probably bodyguards or fellow henchmen.
He might have/might not have been smoking a cigarette.
Tall, thin fellow.
Can't recall his name, or the film(s) he was in.
