Trilogy of Terror...
Well, you know, funny thing about that is it was made for TV, and aired March 4 (many Northerners still stuck inside for Winter) in 1975, where sexual mores where changing and some of the mainstream experimented with wife swapping and stuff like that (which explains the one part), and then pop psychology was taking off with the split personality part, (Sybil would explode the next year).
But of course, the Zuni doll would strike a nerve, especially on women watching on TV at the time, freaked them out, and caused nightmares for days, and became legend. It's a 'cult status' of sorts. To the seasoned male horror fan, circa 2014, it's not likely to hit ya much. I thought the Zuni sequence was shot brilliantly. Talk about working with what you have. It had me on the edge of my seat.
