Lon Chaney Jr is a ruffian who gets a second chance to get revenge and his loot.
Spoilers -
Lon is put to death, and 5000 volts brings back to life, and super strong and impervious to bullets. It's really bad, but fun film to make funny comments while watching -- which is what 3 buddies and I did the other night. It was fun.
