Hahaaaa, I love trypophobia. Just about everyone I know who knows of it (or after introducing them to it) is given the creeps by it, but I think it's interesting to look at and fun to draw. Especially in bodies. I don't understand at all the cluster of holes in things like nature (plants, honeycomb, etc), but I don't think the human body having the appearance of flesh just rotting away is something that one would call an irrational fear.
PS: If you have trypophobia, avoid art in the style of stippling. Georges Seurat is especially terrifying.
