Welcome to HDC, Tomi! My 'horror story' is similar to yours (except for losing interest in 'extreme horror' long ago). And The Thing and Alien are some of my fav films too. Glad to have you aboard to talk horror and find the new The Thing, Alien and Exorcist films along the way.
