The Scourge: Book of Dead
Christian paranoia mythos/stories are utterly fascinating for their graphic/gripping characterizations of 'pseudo-accessible' frailty points of calamity and mobilization jitters cast by corruption/erosions/disorientation and have offered much cinema-friendly 'campfires' of things of prophecy and/or superstitions and therefore inspire much horror-genre oriented writing/stories for ideas of armies of opposing-force, so I wanted to offer some abstract-concept intro-write for a hypothetical larger-work, perhaps of a 'book-of-demons' concerning Christian jitters visions of apocalypto-monsters, much conducive for horror-genre/media kilns, which I think you'll like. Thanks for reading,
==== "For Behold, the legion of unknowable demon specters from a heretofore unrecognized (bottomless!) pit-of-darkness which arguably can only be labeled as the eternal Abyss, had risen in the time of the AntiChrist, to Earth, to make a pronouncement of the intolerability of the escalations of agitation in the hearts of men, of princes and kings and cops and artists in a new 21st-Century of otherwise seemingly limitless possibilities of the reach/scale/scope of commerce grids for globalism sanity, confounded by manmade 'troubles' of terrorism, network viruses, and contract corruption for even 'organized' crime in modern world-cities (e.g., Chicago, Auckland, Taipei, Ontario, Sao Paolo)." PRIEST (Mr. Amlan Satan): I consider myself a simple Slovak-Algerian now. THERAPIST: Father, your dreams of this risen 'legion' sure is a mark, ok! PRIEST: Doctor, I find a tremendous need to sweep-away such jitters now. THERAPIST: Father, you professed your know of Apocalypse-readings, no? PRIEST: Shall I disregard such sentiment with dreams of utter anarchy, doc? THERAPIST: Omens of the AntiChrist are Christian-mythos; your dreams. PRIEST: A legion of horned nihilist messengers 'spicing' our End-Time woe? THERAPIST: Allow yourself the space-feel of sentiment for heroics/prayer! PRIEST: I need more Klonopin-pills at least, doctor...but alright (thanx). THERAPIST: Good luck, Father (Selfie-like). Father Satan, a Catholic man of New England and ice-hockey coach (junior-league), had had disturbed visions in dream-sleep of a messenger legion of the dark-side of the consciousness spicing the adversarial work of the AntiChrist (adversary of Jesus) who was prophesied to be born in the time of tribulation/calamity near the time of the Apocalypse. Father Amlan Satan, Slovak-Algerian modest Catholic, well-read in the works of Dante, Milton, and Augustine, and versed in the Christian Bible, for passages relevant to such visions of calamity and faith-imagery, wondered why he was chosen to receive these legion visions of a plethora of specters, horned/nihilist in visage, surfaced to spice the work of the AntiChrist for the Ego. SATAN: I rather think in regret time-past for ice-hockey comforts of spirit! FRIEND: An entire legion complementing the AntiChrist is rather artsy, Satan. SATAN: I know it, my friend...but I fear this vision is somehow clay-real! FRIEND: What's this legion to do with the density of End-Times superstition? SATAN: I'm thinking the legion-specters of multiple numbers is for paranoia! FRIEND: Satan, if it's (all) paranoia, then your visions concern personality. SATAN: I shall make some time-capsule journal-write for burial...for mortals. FRIEND: Godspeed, Father Amlan Satan...for things of hammocks. SATAN: Thanx (I pray). ---- ==== "Money is everything" (Ecclesiastes) |
