I LOVE Viz comics, an English publication I discovered many years ago while we were abroad. It's graphic, sick, juvenile, silly, and absolutely hilarious.

Some of my favorite characters:

Roger Mellie the man on the telly
Finbar Saunders and his double entendres
Buster Gonad and his unfeasibly large testicles
Billy Bananahead he has a head shaped like a banana
Johnny Fartpants

Viz was the comic no one was allowed to read when I was a kid but , as always, we all did! Taught me so much.

You picked out some of the good characters, esp Roger Mellie. Some others worth a mention are:

Spawny Twat (or may have been spawny get)
The Fat Slags
Biffa Bacon
Sid the Sexist
The Parkie
Postman Plod

The kids at my school are banned from reading the Viz but we still manage to smuggle copies, My favorite characters are:
Spoilt Bast***
Terry ****witt
The Bottom Inspectors
Mrs Brady Old Lady.
The Fat Slags.
A great kids comic.:o
