Movie about Lucifer?

There is an older movie. I believe it to be in the late 90's that has a man portraying lucifer and they refer to him as "OG" or "original gangster". I thought it was "End of Days".. I even thought it might have been "Vampire in Brooklyn"... If you know what it is, please post it.

Just doing a quick Google search, it looks like it might be The Crow: Wicked Prayer. However, that came out in 2005.
