Help needed. Do you recognize this horror thriller?
Hi, can anyone help me with this. I'm going nuts not finding the title of a horror thriller I saw 10 years ago. It is about a serial killer that cuts the hands from children to bring to his daughter who plays the piano. The killer lurks around on playgrounds in an ice-cream van or something like that.
