Thanks Aylmer, I'm really interested in where they take the Riddick character. For all the nay-sayers, Pitch Black was pretty damn cool in my book.

no disrespect but pitch black is a sci-fi not even able to be classed as a horror flick that looked like lord of the ring or even harry potter...
but if your in the mood for that type of flick then it will probably be a good film..

Pitch Black was Horror/Sci-fi/Actioner...just as much as Aliens. The sequel looks they they are cutting out the horror element though.

Didn't like the first one so most likely won't like the second one. The movie was a bit stupid with the alian (monster) that have a weak spot.
