'I Sold It on ebay' new company

So there is this new store that may already be in your town or coming soon, called- I Sold It on ebay.

You take the object(s) you want to sell to an actual store, the workers take a picture of said object(s) ,list it on ebay for you and if it doesn't sell (with in a time frame I image)-you do not have to pay for it (what that means I am not exactly sure)

Anybody use this service? How does it rate? And any other info anyone has would be greatly appreciated:)

I just got a weird email from ebay saying congratulations on my first purchase.....but I didn't buy anything. I have an account, but I've never gotten anything.
Is it some kind of rip-off or what?

Yep, it's probably an identity theft phishing email. Clicking on its link will probably take you to a site that looks like ebay and may have a similar address, but it's not. It's a fake site.

They'll want you to log in-------------they'll get your password info if you do that.

And then they'll do all god knows what. There's hundreds of thousands of those kinds of mails sent daily. If not more.

It's a bait that they hope you'll fall for. You'll read the email and say, "This must be a mistake, I never bought this item," or "I never sold this item," and your first instinct will be to click the link. Then you'll "report" the "problem." But in order to report it you'll have to "log in," but you're not really logging in. You just think you are. What you're actually doing is giving your access info to some stranger that wants to use it for a nefarious purpose.

Visiting Ebay's security center is useful because they have all kinds of info on how to IDENTIFY these kinds of phishing mails. Having to deal with this stuff is one of the prices a person pays for doing business on the net.

Taking the time to check these things out is a bitch--but it's better than being THEIR bitch, if you know what I mean.

Thanx Freak.
That's what I was wondering, what kind of buisness venture this might be.
I wanted some input from people that have used these stores, before I wasted any time actually researching for myself:D
