Help with identifying a zombie flick please!?!?

Ok, so I have very little to no information on this movie I'm looking for. I only remember a couple specific scenes. It was a zombie movie, and I originally thought it to be one of the Return of the Living Dead flicks, but I haven't recognized anything in those that I watched.

I first saw this movie when I was real young, probably in the late 80s or very early 90s, on television. I recall one scene in which an old man pulls a severed head from a box, or a bag, and the head ends up biting his finger. Another scene I recall from the same movie is a few people in the back of a box truck, tossing fruit and random foods out the back, in an attempt to distract an ensuing zombie horde.

It's vague and of little assistance, but that's all I have of it. For literally YEARS now I've been searching for this movie, on IMDB, and anywhere else. It's driving me insane. I have found no movie that looks familiar.

If someone could help me out with this in any capacity, it'd be much appreciated.

Are you sure that's not Return of the Living Dead 2? The truck scene sounds awfully familiar, although I think they were tossing out animal parts or something...

Yeh Kemal I'm pretty sure the scene with the head is from ROTLD Part II. They rock around in a truck towards the end... it's been awile since I watched it.
