Their first album definatley. Its really good modern garage rough and low-fi. They just turned into a shitty pop band after that.

I'm not familiar with any specific albums by Misfits. Just have assorted songs.
White Stripes haven't dont anything remotely pop.... that I can think of. What songs are you referring to? The self titled is definitely different, but the newer ones aren't really popish at all. Dropkick Murphys
