I don't know about Troma films because I haven't seen that many. However I bought "The Toxic Avenger 1&2" on DVD about a year ago and the transfer was horrable. The voices and the actors lips were so far off it was pathetic. I don't mind things being B-rated but those DVD's were totally 1/2 assed!
