Best board game. . . ?
Hi all,
Thinking of buying a horror board game (possibly with a Walking Dead theme), can anyone please tell me what a good starter game would be for 2 adults and 1-2 children old enough for zombies, vampires, etc . . ? Thanks, Paul.

Arkham Horror has kinda been replaced by Eldritch Horror which is a bit easier to get into and more streamlined, both are solid horror board games though. They might not be the best for kids to pick up though, depending on age, but they can still have fun if you are helping them through, since its a co-op game and all about team work. Mansions of Madness is great too and would work well with a family with one person playing the 'bad guy'. Same with Betrayal at Hell House.
In terms of zombie board games, probably Dead of Winter and Last Night on Earth are about the most popular choices out there. I think Zombiecide is a bit more rpg based zombie survival but haven't played it.

Zombies!!! is a decent quick game that's fairly simple. Its not exciting or what have you, but it might be for kids.
