It's so crazy that this went from basically just being a meme, to being a feature film and even led to at least one real-life crime. I'm curious if whoever originally came up with the idea of Slenderman has ever been tracked down or given credit.

I'm unfamiliar with the meme but I played the video game some for the PS3 and it was really cool. I never got far in the game though but it was pretty spooky.
