Hay GUYS!!
I took care of most of the post by the new shithead with the long sig. I'll have to get the rest after work. I think I made it workable. GOD I HATE THAT SHIT!!! Takes up all of my time!! When are they going to learn when your beat STAY DOWN!!!!

That is an Administrator option, Bwind...NOT a Moderator option...Horror COULD bestow that power upon them, though...If he wanted to, but Horror himself has never banned an IP...He just doesn't believe in it...He thinks everyone deserves another chance...BUT, He hasn't seen what has been going on here...and I don't think that he could imagine it...Therefore, he would not comprehend the need...Sorry :(
