I loved it until Mulder left. Then it seems like it just got stupid. I do miss the show, though. I'm thinking about renting the DVDs from Netflix. They have all the shows.

I miss the "Creature Feature" episodes like "Darkness Falls" (not the fucking movie....) and the one with the Mothman.

The "Mythology" episodes were cool in the beginning, but eventually started to drag the series down.

One of the best Sci-Fi/horror shows ever. Complex, interesting and spooky. A great show. A sequel to the movie is in the works, lets hope it's good

Love love love the X-Files!!!

Hey, anyone out there have this experience...

Went to see the movie with a girlfriend (we were both in college at the time) and we'd been watching the show for about a year at that point. A little lost in the mythology but, you know... keeping up at least.
So anyway, we walk out of there and she says "I have no idea what just happened." And it was soooo frustrating trying to explain what we had both just seen!!!
Its like she just didn't/couldn't pay attention and work it out herself.
Scary thing is now she's a middle school teacher.

Anyway, I know a couple of people who had a similar experience of seeing that movie then having to explain the whole damn thing to whoever they saw it with later.

The final epsiode made me want to squeeze chris carter's head until it exploded with goo....

8 fucking years and it ends with "The explanation is... You cant know or comprehend. The End."

The movie was enjoyable. it was a good way to get everythingin the show back on track for a while. Plus, i had been dying to hear mulder say "Shit".

One of my favorite epsidoes: I thinkit was called "Home", it was about the Peacock family. They had been inbreeding for over a century. The sherrif was named "Andy Taylor" and the deputy's name was "Barney"

That was my favorite episode, too. The end made you sit there and go "Ewwww"!
