Vanity (Denise Matthews) and Seeing Demons, Ghosts, and other Scary Things
I think a few know that the actress Vanity / Denise Matthews died recently. I was watching old interviews and found this horror related conversation with her and Joan Rivers.
Skip to 4:40 for the good part. I'm sure many might think she sounds nuts when she starts talking about ghosts and demons. How they are walking around her room and sleeping in her bed. I love how Joan Rivers says "you could see them?!" But I recall this painting.  Also, I was reading about an upcoming horror movie and people have told me stories about ghosts in rooms at night. Now Vanity's and other stories don't seem that out there. I do think it's more likely to happen during periods of high stress and / or drug or alcohol use. But still it can happen. Vanity's journal just went for $910 on eBay. I wonder if she was noting that stuff back then. Her writing seems very erratic and at times that's a sign of stress. I'm curious what's in there. Anyone else experience this sort of thing?
