what movie
when i was about 6 i was on my bed and this horror movie came on the screen went all red and the beggining showd dolls body's having heads screwed on then the machine jammed and one came to kill them all help please

The only movie that I know of would be 'Maniac'.
There are mannequins that come to life in the end, but I don't think that's the movie you're asking about.

I'd have said Childs Play 2 myself.
More machine related violence...did a guy get his eyes stabbed out with fake eyes from the machine? Then there's that scene where the reconstructed/reanimated chucky caused the electrical discharge to kill a couple of people? I always thought that film had the coolest beggining, with the cleaning up the charred skull and constructing the doll...
