Well, that depends on what kind of horror you prefer. If you want something similar to Doom(never thought about it as about horror game honestly) then probably Alien:Isolation would be the best choice. If you want horror+action, then - Evil Within with all DLC's. And if you want something with atmosphere then- Layers of Fear, Outlast, Amnesia,Penumbra, Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Forbidden Siren and Fatal Frame series.

A game you could check out would be Albino Lullaby. While it isn't very bloody it more relies on psychological horror and is quite bizarre. Unfortunately just episode 1 of it is available up now but the second one is going to be released this March.
