I am still undecided about Hallowe'en costumes. As I get Derek reading more comics we've come up with more ideas for couple costumes.

Adam West style Batman and Julie Newmar style Catwoman (easiest)
or
Hellboy and Liz Sherman (a little hard)
or
Rorshach and Silk Spectre II (not a couple, no, but a theme. How the hell would I make his mask?)

They are all equally attainable aside from Hellboy being a tad difficult.

i made a pretty good one years ago ..

i went someplece - shit it was so long ago i cant remember where - a shoe place maybe - but you could go to a fabric place - and buy some light coloured leather scraps. i stitched them together leaving eye holes - and i made a sort of nose by padding a part of the leather with stuffing, then stitching it with thread (and colouring the nostrils with dark colouring.

it looked pretty decent - still have it to this day - i should take a pic and post it.

i didnt bother with a yellow apron ... ii got a white one from the work cafeteria - put red paint on my hands and made bloody handprints all over it.

I also coloured a wig black, and made it a bit crazy - wore this with a black suit and a loud gaudy tie. (i was going for the chainsaw 2 look)

won every contest i ever went into for most scary.

also - i used a real chainsaw - drained of oil and gas - plus i took the spark plug out.

oh yeah - and black leather gloves
(plus i have this black glove thing that makes it look like you are holding a severed hand.
