Me too! They're a great brewery. I haven't had anything by them yet that I didn't really enjoy, although I've only had three of their brews. I haven't had the Quatre-Centième, unfortunately. It's another Belgian pale strong ale, right? I've had La Fin Du Monde, Trois Pistoles, and Maudite.

and later tonight I'll probably open up the Westmalle Trappist Tripel I've been aging for a while now. Can't wait. I've never tried this one aged before, but I'm sure it'll really bring out its complexity:
