sexy scenes???

Anyone remeber the 'marquis de sade' scene from the 1988 film 'waxwork'. I remeber it being incredibly sexy and very hot when i saw it . It was the fact that the woman in the scene is being beaten or something, but begs the marquis to carry on that i found really sexy. I'm not into bondage or being tied up, but i really liked this. Also bear in mind that i was 13 when it came out, and a hormonal randy maniac to boot. however, it's funny, i've seen dozens of porn ond 'erotic' films since, but this is one of the sexy scenes that i always remeber and think of, mad that it's from a horror. Another one is the 'woman in leather' scene from the film 'from beyond', believe me, anyone who remembers that film will definitely remeber the scene i mean!!! Very sexy, and lead me to have serious repetitive strain injury of the wrist!!! anyway, any other fans of either scene, both films are good eighties horrors also, although, i believe, many horror fans will prefer 'from beyond' if only for jeff coombs and the fx.

Hated that scene - unnessessary and we all know Lovecraft thought girls are icky..

utterly gratuitous yes, that's hardly new for a horror film though. What didn't you like about it? Was it the gratuitousness of it, or the fact that lovecraft wouldn't have approve? or something else?
