I didn't vote. You should have included Pinhead. Is in my opinion the scariest horror movie villain.
And, I think a horror movie villain that is funny is not very scary. Freddy is the only great wise-ass villain cause of Robert Englunds character creation. But through out the Nightmare Series the more wise-cracking he does the less scary and bad-ass he becomes.
