John Carpenter again weaved his magic and came up with a now iconic film, originally to be called The Baby-Sitter Murders, then a slice (forgive the pun) of genius, gave its new and unforgotten title.

This award, on the face of it was a pretty hard one to Judge; Paramount, Columbia and Warner – but yes that man again, this time using his own production company, why because even those already mentioned, have at least made an effort, in trying to produce some good movies. This person who uses his own company, perhaps because no-one else would even consider undertaking the films he creates.
