Yeah, Rhonda Shear was good too....of course, there's nothing quite like a real vampiress, with the gown and the spooky set and all. And as I recall, Elvira's cleavage was so much more surprising on television...it was great fun watching some cheesy movie like.....hmm...."Baron Blood" or something like that, with Elvira as the hostess. Unique experience.

Up All Night With Rhonda... Now that takes me back. Not sure if I mentioned it, but as a kid I had a problem with insomnia. So I'd spend the night at my grandparent's house from time to time and wake up. My favorite thing to do was to sneak into the living room and watch her. 'Course she showed Toxic Avenger more often than not, but it was Rhonda, you know? You gotta love her.

Sad part is...I don't really remember much of the movies I saw. I was really young in those days. Plus, no matter how low the tv was, my gran would always wake up and shoo me off to bed.

I miss my gran...:(

I'm sorry she's not here anymore....but at least you have good memories, right?:)


Here's a super goofy horror movie that I had remembered as being WAY better when I was a kid....and I didn't realize until recently that Freddy Krueger actually DIRECTED it....

It was actually written by Clive Barker, but didn't turn out too well. However I've seen this film about a dozen times...

ha! i don't know, but that fucking hilarious either way. all i know is the guy played "evil" in fright night and "hoax" in 976 evil.
