Any horror buffs able to help me out?
Ok, heres the problem. I'm trying to remember the name of a horror movie I've seen quite some time ago(mid to late 80's), I dont remember any actors from it either ::confused: .
What I do remember......Set in a small (east coast (pretty sure)) town. The town sheriff starts to find a series of strange murders. The sheriff thinks he's tracking down a serial killer, and he turns to his friend/mentor after each new murder for advice. The friend/mentor is an older fellow, and is the county corner/mortician/doctor or something like that. Toward the end of the movie the sheriff begins to suspect that his friend/mentor is the killer. At the end of the movie theres a great twist, where its revealed that the supposed friend/mentor has actually re-animated the the entire town from the dead, up to and including the sheriff. Anyway, if you know the name of this movie please please please let me know....
