Had a couple of sesame seed coated bread rolls, in which I put some sliced lean pork grilled in nutmeg and pepper, cheddar cheese, finely sliced brown onion, sun dried tomato, Butter lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, chilli flakes, oregano, then some sliced grape tomatoes, and just a little mayo.

Ate some m&m's afterwards, the peanut ones.

Tea to drink.

I just ate the most amazing granola bar. It's called "Second Cup Cafe Delights." Moccaccino flavoured granola sugary goodness.

So caffeine and sugar throw into something that's meant to be on the healthier side? I take it you're in or near the states then? ha.
Sounds alright though.

Last night I had SOOO much tequila, Jose gold and some mixers they do now, some beer, some malibu stuff, burned up some FAT J's and we all had salad & meat boxes...kind've like what you'd have in a good kebab, just without the bread. Had some candy, and it seems I ate a stupid amount of bhiltong when I got, even though I can't remember it at all.
