I love both the first two X-Men movies. It's too bad they didn't finish the series with a quality third movie. X3: The Last Stand was one of the biggest disappointments of the year, if not the last decade. I won't pick up the DVD when it comes out. In fact I'll just act like it was never made.

Nice little double feature there...two fairly similar movies, Id be really hard pressed to decide which I liked more.

I agree that it fell far short of expectations, but I'm still going to get it because it wasn't ALL terrible. I hope that if they make another one (because it seems like they set up the scenario for another sequel) they take it back to the style of the first movie. They made you care about the characters in the first one, unlike X3 where they were just flinging cameos left and right....with no character development whatsoever.

Tales from the Crapper

Umm yeah well it was pretty much a porn, but I did enjoy the second half about the vampires, and that was because of the party scene with some cameo's. I guess in a weird way I enjoyed it;)

I will continue on whilst Igot a few mins to list a few more of the movies I've recently seen:

Small Soldiers

I really enjoyed this - when it first came out I was never bothered about it but found in a bargain bin, it was well worth the £2.49 I paid. Not as good as the Pixar stuff but a really enjoyable popcorn movie all the same...

7/10

Green Street

Hmmm...well being a fanatical Manchester United fan I had to swallow the pro West Ham shit that was being branded about and concentrate on the fact it was 'just a movie'...hmmmph, as far as entertainment goes this is a good film. As far as realistic in terms of football firms and violence - it's a non-starter - OTT and unrealistic. If you fancy an entertaining voilent film then I guess you can't go far wrong, if you want a relasitic portrayal of British hooliganism leave this well alone. Not as good as The Firm, ID, Football Factory but a decent enough film overall.

7/10

Sympathy For Mr Vengeance

I thoroughly enjoyed this little gem...good opening to the 'trilogy' - good tense parts - and very well acted. Good build up for Oldboy for me (coming up next)

8/10

one of my favorites ..
good voicework .. nice effects ... the kids werent too obnoxious ..

i liked the scene where they tried flushing people out of the house by playing that terrible music.

We have a bunch of the small soldiers toys .. quite a few were made despite how relatively unknown the movie is ..
