Written and directed by writer/director of Donnie Darko and it shows. The story is so over-the-top weird and crazy it's almost David Lynch at times. Yeah, Donnie Darko was very Lynch like, and it worked. I liked debating folk on if there was really time travel or it was really the plot of Jacob's Ladder. And also proving to people there were really two engines in the current Darko universe: one that the FAA had in a warehouse, and one that fell on Donnie. That was when Rottentomatoes had a vibrant forum. My thread had literally thousands of views.

Such a shame they vaporized it. What were they thinking?
