HALF LIFE!
Glad it made it this far, I've said it before and will again - great atmosphere, great length of single player mission, cool sounds, weapons, and setting. Easily one of my favourite games ever. RE2 was great, and top of the series, but I think HL has it beat.

This is an unbelievable Final. And, it is between two of my absolute favorite games.
This is tough, but I choose Half Life. I enjoyed it quite a bit more than RE2, and played it at least 10 times more too.
