Anya striking a pose in the cabin...
 The fields slowly gave way to a breathtaking view of the countryside as we headed towards the mountains ahead...  And the train started its twisting and turning along the mountainous terrain (check the sheer drop on the left)...  Turning as the train crossed an unprotected bridge...  Turn, turn, turn...  (Contd.)

View of a mountain river in the distance...
 The river cutting through the mountains (barely visible as a stretch)...  Finally, the river broadening out into a huge body of water on the left...  Mom on the journey back home...  I missed out on many other great scenery shots during this journey - the train entering a stretch of caves cut through mountains (!), and so many tunnels on the way (I counted about 60), monkeys in the railway stations in between, rocks made from sheer marble, long mountain shots from the distance...maybe next time. And to wrap up, the rangoli Anya made this Diwali...  A very humble effort, compared to the ones she has done before. Anyway, it still looks pretty decent. Until the next time! Ciao!

Congratulations on your new home.:) I'll never forget moving into our new home with our newborn daughter (19 years ago). Very exciting times.
