I don't think I added the Poltergeist trilogy before. My opinion is controversial as I like Poltergeist II the best, though the original is also excellent. I slightly prefer the sequel as Kane is a great villain and incredibly frightening.

Having watched the Tales From The Darkside movie for the first time in many years earlier, I think my new favorite segment in it is Lover's Vow. All three of the stories in it are good, but that one in particular is the most mature and well-crafted, IMO.

One series I remembered was the Slumber Party Massacre films. I recall seeing one or two back in the 90s on USA's Up All Night when they still had that.

I saw Evil dead remake acouple of nights ago. I enjoyed it. A worthy remake indeed. I had no problem with it exept for the girl just walking away in the end with her arm cut off.
