More R-rated F13TH releases?

It does seem, however, that with each re-release Paramount are at least re-instating previously excised gore footage... though most of the films are still a long way from being "uncut" (their last DVD release of the first instalment was an entirely new version, with some re-instated gore but less of other bits!).

from another site...

Anyone read the new issue of Fangoria?? It has a feature on the F13 boxset, and the guys resposible for putting the set together actually say there will be another release of the F13 films if the get more of the missing footage, either as single special editions or another boxset... however they urge everyone to go out and buy this set so they can fund more work on a new set (prob. to show Paramount its viable)

Paramount are taking the piss now, it would seem.

The complete uncut versions are probably sitting right there, but if they can still reap in the cash for cut, but "slightly better" DVD releases until then...

I saw that on Ebay! It has all 11 movies including Jason vs Freddy.

Only thing is, because only UK people have it, they're charging $15+ for shipping..

I also found a video tape of the first two episodes of the NOES tv series.. also only in the UK ...

i preordered my friday the 13th boxset from playusa.com and it is wicked, im also getting the nightmare on elm street boxset from there too (it's better than the region 2 boxset), altho the Uk has a halloween digipack boxset of all the halloween films im waiting for a US version to come out, ive decided that all my horror will be imports from now on due to the way the bbfc cut british releases even tho they say they don't (lying fecks), for me playusa.com is the best place for Uk residents to purchase import dvd's, has anyone found a better site than playusa.com (both dvdconcept and usdirect ive tried and not been impressed, i ordered cyborg 2 from dvdconcept middle of last year and i am still waiting for it to be sent)

Would a Xbox or PS2 dvd player work?
