Destroy All Monsters is great, as in its own way is Godzilla's Revenge, but my favorite post Gojira Godzilla movie is Final Wars. It's awesome to see such gonzo inventiveness in a polished and modern monster movie.
I was so-so on final wars

i would expect godzilla's last film to be an excellent one

I liked them when I was younger, but not so much now. Worth one last watch...maybe.

Most of the movies made after 1970, I didn't like, actually. On the other hand, pretty much all the movies made before 1970, I like very much.

I can't say I liked the latest Godzilla film. The japanese dubbed ones are my favourite. Especially the inch thick blue line when godzilla and a human are in the same shot.
