Internet Problems

It also does it randomly sometimes. I know it's happened because the little message appears saying I'm connected about once a minute and nothing on the internet works. :(

Unfortunately I can't use the internet, maybe it's because I don't have a computer or maybe it's my illiteracy. I may never find out why...
