Oh, interesting. I knew that the movie was in the works (had found its entry on IMDB), but I actually didn't know that the website was designed specifically to be a massive teaser for it.

It's similar to the book, House of Leaves. A story about another creepy/deadly house told through journal entries and letters from several people. Makes you feel like you found a bunch of papers and you're slowly unveiling this mystery. Seriously scary book though.
