I thought it was okay, but not great. After the twist, I was just waiting for the movie to end.

The Orphan was a great movie! I seen it one night while on night leave while I was doing my Infantry trades course with the Canadian Army reserves in the Valley in NS (my home province) and some friends came with me, and when Esther was revealing that she was really in her 30's my friend who shall not be named on this internet forum had literally freaked out, he was almost crying! It was too funny!

Welp, one of my favorite movie watching pals was going to bring it over in a few days, but now that I know every single fucking thing that happens and how Frued would have felt about it . . ., eh, ok I'm still gonna watch it.

But seriously, what's with the complete ruining of the movie Meenie, come on.

yes, but I didn't read those spoilers thanks to the clear 'spoiler alert' at the beginning of the article. It's common courtesy. I continued reading the thread because I have an upcoming oportunity to watch it with some friends, and I value your opinions (some more than others) ;)

If the title of the thread mentioned spoilers, then I would agree with Ferox 100%.

True enough...

I tend to avoid reviews/threads of films until i see them for of the time for exactly this reason..
