UPDATE! Free MP3 from Deterioration Furthers now online...

I've uploaded the next "remixed single" from DF to my Acidplanet.com account.

Go Here: 'Hilltop Incantations [divine spirit mix]'

This remix is a huge departure from the original horror score. The original version of 'Hilltop Incantations' is co-written by myself and T.W. Cory (aka Capt. Futura) and can also be found on the soundtrack (song #3).

Deterioration Furthers, Music From & Inspired by The Charnel Gospel is now available! See the press release above for ordering info!

Im not really sure LBM, it all depends on your pricerange of course. I was thinking about getting a frettless myself. Id check out Musiciansfriend they have probably the biggest selection on the net and most of their products are rated by customers so you know a little bit more about what your buying than their advertising.

I bought my last guitar from then, great customer service and alot of times they have free shipping as well.

My band plays its second show this coming Wednesday. It would be our third, but we had to cancel the last show due to unusual circumstances. The good thing is that I actually prepared a set list well before the show, instead of 10 minutes before.

Fatal Maiden (3:05)

Pictures in the Gold Room (3:22)

Ms. Evisceration (6:41)

Hell-Bent Necrosis (7:53)

Fetal Position (10:03)

Cynosure (6:11)

Enemy (5:07)

Die-Section (4:13)

Declaration of Obscurity (4:56)

Fatal Maiden is just a instrumental, and then we go in to our cover of Chimaira's 'Pictures in the Gold Room'. We did it last time and worked out well, so we're doing it again. We're still not sure whether we're going to play our version of 'Master of Puppets', but we'll see. We have a maximum of an hour to play, and so far that list comes up to 50 minutes and eleven seconds. If we're feeling lucky, we may replace 'Fetal Position' with 'Master of Puppets'. I definately want to play 'Enemy' though. Tis a love song, about someone I love, though she doesn't know it, she may get the hint since she'll be at the show.

Yup, I'm pussy whipped.

'Die-Section' is strictly a moshing song. Just, crazy is all I can say about the music. Anger, hate and revenge is all I can say about the lyrics.

And 'Declaration of Obscurity' is just about as crazy as 'Die-Section', but the lyrics just talk about metal fans in general. Those two songs are very very different lyric wise than the rest. I guess I just didn't pack them with metaphores and shit.

EDIT~Here's a picture of the actual set list I made today at practice.

It Will End In Pure Horror

Alrighty, here goes.

My band, It Will End In Pure Horror, is a hardcore punk band with elements of grindcore, death metal, sludge and powerviolence thrown in to create a sound we like to call George Romero Edge Zombiecore. Anyway, the website is http://purehorror.cjb.net and you can also listen to a couple of our mp3's at http://garageband.com/iweiph if you actually want to leave a review of some sort. But to clarify, our entire demo's up in mp3 form at our actual site.

And... yeah.
