The Dark Knight.

On gorgeous Blu-ray hi-def. It looked like a brand new shining Ferrari standing in my garage, if that sentence makes any sort of sense to all of you.

Do you ever get to see more of the other dimension than just a glimps?
Yeah, Elvis is right, the third one is pretty rad...though I didn't enjoy it as much as the second. Skip the fourth.

Unfortunately for you, never will you get a tour of the Phantasm dimension though.

Oh well, maybe we'll get to see some more in the fifth.

Exceptional. Check it out or watch it again because it kills.

Jaws: The Revenge

This was a lot more solid than I remember it and has some great scenes but manages to piss it all away with a fucking stupid ending. Those greedy Universal fucks really should've stopped after Jaws 2.

Los Cronocrímenes [Time Crimes] (2007)

Spoilers:
Hector is an ordinary man who's moving to a new house with his wife. One evening, while he's looking through his binoculars, he sees a naked girl in the woods. He decides to go there just to find that same girl laying on a rock. Suddenly, a man with a pink bandage covering his face, stabs Hector in his arm with scissors. Then a chase starts, leading Hector to a time machine that brings him back nearly an hour in the past. The man in charge of the time machine explains to Hector (Hector 2) that he must not interfere with the other Hector (Hector 1) so he can go into the time machine again. Things complicate, and Hector 2 is hit by a car, injuring his face. To stop the bleeding, he covers his face with a bandage that turns into pink because of the blood. Then Hector 2 realizes he has to stab Hector 1 and chase him to the time machine in order to make things right.Spoilers end

A quite interesting Sci-Fi thriller from Spain. An intelligent story around only with 4 characters. Recommended to the Sci-Fi lovers of clever ideas with very minimal special effects.

Quantum of Solace (2008)

As far I know I think this is probably the only 007 flick where Bond never or hadn't any chance to gave his signature introduction...."name's Bond, James Bond"!

Once Upon A Time in the West.

Wonderful to revisit this old favorite after all these years. Bronson and Robards are excellent, but Fonda rises tall above both of them.

And Claudia...what a beauty! From the moment she steps out of the train, till the end, she left me breathless more than once.

Gran Torino (2008)

Synopsis:
Walt Kowalski (Eastwood), a Korean War veteran, becomes highly annoyed at the arrival of Asian (Hmong) people to his neighborhood. After he catches Tao (Vang), a teenage Hmong neighbor, attempting to steal his 1972 Gran Torino as part of a gang initiation, the boy is forced by his tradition-oriented family to work for Kowalski in penance. Estranged from his sons and grandchildren, and having just lost his wife, Kowalski gradually becomes friendly with Tao and his family.

Though it may not be consider as one of his bests by the critics but undoubtedly I like to say that Sir Clint Eastwood again creates a character that you'll love to care about and applaud.
A quite simple but compelling story that you will surely tell your friends to see. The distinguish touch of humor in so many lines by Eastwood's character will easily make you to laugh out loud but in the same way the tragical & touching finale will definitely able to left a strange loving grief in your mind.

Kudos to Kyle Eastwood for the beautiful track at the end, titled 'Gran Torino'...where his father also shares the writing credit with him.

Highly recommended to all Clint Eastwood fans out there.

Kollegiet [Room 205] (2007)

A disappointing Danish horror film.
